SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Cersa. The following policy outlines our shipping practices for all orders placed through cershop.shop.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations at this time.
3. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
Standard Shipping (within United States):
- Delivery time: 7–15 business days from the order date
- Shipping cost: FREE on all orders
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high order volumes during peak seasons.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by visiting the order status page linked in your confirmation email.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@cershop.shop.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Cersa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@cershop.shop.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Contact us at support@cershop.shop within 7 days of the delivery date
For packages that arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
